Al-Manhaj.com - A comprehensive site with lots of articles on various subjects, bios of scholars, free e-books and quite a bit more!
Dar-us-Salam Publications - Some of my favourite books are published by this company including the award-winning biography of the Prophet (SAW) Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtoom (The Sealed Nectar) and Sahih Al-Bukhari. Lately they're publishing the entire Tafseer works of Ibn Kathir (ra) in English!
Islamicity - This site has been around for ages and has consistently been voted the best Islamic site on the internet.
Islam-Guide.com - An excellent information source for those new to Islam. Its the web version of the popular book "A Brief Illustrated Guide to Understanding Islam".
Islamworld.net - Another ancient site that hasn't been forgotten by the rankings. Contains links to a plethora of information.
It Is Truth - A short and simple site about sciectific miracles in the Qur'an.
Jannah.org - An excellent site with lots of things to do. Theres a section for children, a wonderful message board, the Window on Islam radio show website, and a list of what may well be all the Islamic sites on the Internet!
QSS - The official web site of the Qur'an and Sunnah Society.
Salafi Publications - The official web site of Salafi Publications. Hundreds and hundreds of articles on just about everything by scholars past and present alike. They also have an online store for buying their books and a site for children.
SunnahOnline.com - A veritable library of articles. I've just discovered this site but am very impressed by what I see.
The True Religion - An excellent web site laying out the basics of Islam. Lots of articles on various topics.

Musalman.com - An Islamic web portal and search engine.
Stupid Videos.com - A hilarious collection of videos for those times when you simply need a laugh.
Wincustomize.com - A repository for all your wallpaper and skinning needs. Customize the look of just about everything in Windows using the software that's available here.

Bristol Biomedical Image Library - Your ugly pictures bank online.
eMed - More advanced articles and general information for all in the medical field.
Homo Sapiens Genome View - The full reference for all things to do with the chromosomal medley of humankind.
Interactive Case Study Companion to Robbin's Pathologic Basis of Disease - You all know the book. Now know the case studies.
The Pathology Guy - Some excellent and comprehensive lecture notes on pathology. Follows the format of the basic Robbin's text so it should make a good adjunct.
PDA MD - For that time when you start thinking about incorporating a PDA to help you in your medical career.
Medical Pharmacology and Disease-based Integrated Instruction - Basic information and tutorials on medically important drugs. Helpful supplement to your text or class notes.

Islaam.net - These people used to send some really good articles on their newsletter but unfortunately it seems that they have somewhat quietened down over the past few months. Nowadays, they no longer send the good, short sometimes anecdotal articles but rather simply information in reference to the new articles added to the site. Thus be sure to check out the Islaam.net Archives for some jewels.

Electronic Textbook of Medical Dermatology - A big skin book. Just for you.
InfoPlease - Facts galore.
Medline - The web repository for published research articles searches.
The Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy - The doctor's how-to guide.
MSA-USC Hadtih Database - A database of collections of various Ahadith including Sahih Bukhari and Muslim. Make sure you read the information on how to use the search engine involved.
MSA-USC Qur'an Database - A Qur'an database by the same nice folks who compiled the hadith database. The translations used are of Yusuf Ali, Marmaduke Pickthall, and Shakir.
E-Books

The Prophet's Prayer from beginning to end as though you see it by Sheikh Muhammad Naasir ad-Deen al-Albaani - An excellent book detailing the various aspects of the second most important pillar in Islam (after the declaration of faith) - Salah.
Way to the Qur'an by Khurram Murad - An essential addition to any library. You should read this book which helps guide a Muslims towards a better understanding and learning of the Qur'an.
